Theism

Wikipedia: Theism

Theism is the view that ultimate reality consists of a transcendent benevolent, sovereign and personal God who has exercised the power of free agency to create the universe and all living things for the purpose of realizing the divine will through holy love that liberates creative potential and ultimately brings all things to consummation.

Historic Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are variations of theism. There are also some theists within Hinduism, and some henotheists (many finite gods but only one supreme God) in Hellenist Antiquity and the Native American Tribal Religions.
